Linseed Oil (30ml).

Linseed oil, extracted from flax seed, is one of the most useful natural oils. It is used as a preservative for wood, concrete, and an ingredient in paints, varnishes, and stains. As if that wasn't enough, it is also used in soaps, inks, and in the production of linoleum!

• Remember, the key to getting long-lasting benefits from any food, health products, and services is to eat a balanced diet, have quality sleep, exercise, get good air and sunshine, and hydrate appropriately and manage stress.

For Internal Use:

Take up to 1/2-1 tsp twice daily. 

Suggested Use: Take after a meal, not on an empty stomach.

Mix with your food or shakes, or drinks to make it more palatable.

For External Use:

can be used topically like massage oils, or hair oils, or you can make your own blend, and use it for aromatherapy.
