Carb Destroyer's main ingredient white kidney bean extract's alpha-amylase inhibitor isoform 1, interferes with the action of an enzyme called alpha amylase, which is responsible for the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose. It prevent or slow down the digestion of complex carbs. As a result, they also lower the spike in blood sugar levels that would normally happen when those carbs are absorbed into the bloodstream.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) to two (2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 15 minutes before every high starch meal, or as otherwise directed by your Health Care Professional.
